This is Sammy, I call him my "shower guard" because I'm not allowed to take a shower without him guarding the shower/tub. All I have to do is turn the water on in the shower and he plops right down and lays right up against the tub. He will stay there until I get out of the shower. And then he'll still lay there until I start doing my hair and then he runs away because he's afraid of the sound of my hairspray being sprayed (see my other post about dogs being afraid of the dumbest things!) So yes, he's my little shower guard. But what a loyal little guy! Ya just gotta love him.
That's the cutest thing. I have a shih tzu too, and whenever I'm home alone and I take a shower or bath, he'll be right there beside me, on the lookout. :)
